The AP State Council of Higher Education will meet in early January to finalise the schedule for the various Common Entrance Tests for admission to professional courses for 2013-14 along with Eamcet.
Chairman of APSCHE, Prof. Jayaprakash Rao said that the council will announce the schedule for all CETs, including Eamcet, by January 10, 2013. He said that JNTU Hyderabad would be entrusted with the responsibility of conducting Eamcet for the sixteenth time and Prof. N.V. Ramana Rao would continue to be the Eamcet convener in 2013 too.
“The universities which had conducted CETs in 2012 will be asked to conduct the same in 2013. There are no plans to change the universities this year,” Prof Rao said. in Deccan Chronicle Daily News Paper.
