TPDE Issue

Anna University has responded to the latest issue regarding the allegadly leaked questions of TPDE ( Transforms and Partial Differential Equations ) or M3 .

Anna University has, however, clarified that an inquiry had found no paper leak. “It is a rumour. We conducted an enquiry and found the paper had not leaked. Some students are just spreading the tale,” said vice-chancellor in-charge P Kaliraj.

The examination was held on December 7th, 2012 for 3rd Semester students , the rumour is ” the questions asked in the examination was already leaked online a day before the exam “.

Regarding this , The Hindu has published a detailed report for the knowledge of students , please do read this and wait for any official news soon.

“The paper was very easy as more than 80 per cent of the questions were worked-out examples,” said R. Govindakrishnan, a student of a college in Tambaram.
“We have reports that some students in Tiruchi had access to a paper online that had many of these questions. We have asked the university to inform us at the earliest if any re-exam is planned,” said a director of a group of engineering institutions.
There are over 450 engineering colleges in the State affiliated to Anna University. Officials in private colleges said there was a palpable sense of anxiety about the possibility of a re-test.
In July this year, many students in city colleges obtained access to the electronics circuits question paper a day before the exam. “We were surprised because the paper had exactly the same questions as the one that was circulated on the internet. Since then, we always make it a point to log in to Facebook a day before an exam,” said a student.
However, the exam was held once again. “In August, we were asked to re-appear for the exam. And not only was the re-test tougher, the evaluation was stricter too. Since this time it is mathematics, we might have to prepare during the vacation too. This is a subject most of our seniors have arrears in,” said a student.
“We have been informed that the tentative date of the exam is January 10. But there is no official notification from the university,” said R. Rajaram, senior professor at a private college.
Anna University officials have said there has been no evidence of any paper leak as of now. “We suspect the allegations are baseless. A team of professors is looking into the issue. We should be able to announce what is going to happen in two days, if the suspicions are found to be valid,” an official said.

Please don’t spread rumours also don’t believe anything such news unless it is officially announced by the university. We will update ” Whether there is Re-Exam or Not “ within two days.

Paper Valuation of Nov/Dec Exams

With that in the queue , Anna University has already informed us that the ” Paper Valuation will start by Dec 23rd and will complete within January 2nd week 2013 .

The 3rd Sem, 5th Sem, 7th Sem Results will be declared without much delay this time . So students no need to wait for a long time for Anna University Results for Nov/Dec exams 2012.

Re-Opening Date :

Anna University also announced that the Even Semester will kick start from January 2nd 2013 . Students of 4th Semester, 6th Semester & 8th Semester will have their classes begin after the New Year 2013.

Anna University Paper Valuation for the 3rd Sem, 5th Sem, 7th Sem exam will commence from Dec third week, 2012 and will be completed within January 2nd week.

The Nov/Dec Results for 3rd Sem, 5th sem, 7th sem & 1st Sem will be declared on February 1st Week 2013 .

IBPS RRBs Office Assistant and Officer Scale Results 2012 Scores Online:

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection IBPS recruitment board had announced the latest notification about the 2012 results of Common Written Examination CWE which was conducted for the recruitment of candidates for Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) of the posts of Office Assistant and Officer Scale I, II and III.
The candidates those who had applied for the IBPS CWE RRBs and appeared for the written test can get the final results and scores from the official website of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.

The candidates can view the scores of CWE for the RRB recruitment of Office Assistant, Officers Scale I, Officer Scale II in GBO, Officer Scale II as Specialist Officer and Officer Scale III.

To get the IBPS CWE RRB Officer and Office Assistant score, the candidates have to login using the Registration Number or Roll Number and enter the Password or Date Of Birth.

Earlier the IBPS made available of the CWE RRB Online Registration from 1st June 2012 to 25th June 2012 and the Online Payment of Application Fees was made between 1st June 2012 to 25th June 2012.
The Offline Payment of Application Fees was done from 4th June 2012 to 30th June 2012 for the IBPS CWE RRB entrance examinations 2012.

The applied candidates downloaded their Call letter for the IBPS RRBs Written Examination for Officer Scale-I, II and III and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from 22nd August 2012.

The date of the IBPS RRBs Written Examination for the Officer Scale-I, II and III was 2nd September 2012 and for the posts of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) it was held on 9th September 2012.

IBPS PO and MT Common Interview 2013 Call Letter and Results Notification - Banking

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection IBPS examination board had announced the latest notification regarding the 2012-13 recruitment of candidates for the posts of Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees in public sector banks.

The IBPS Second Common Written Examination for recruitment of POs/MTs was conducted and the results was declared.

The candidates who had passed in the CWE PO/MT-II written examinations will be called for a Common Interview to be conducted by Banks.

The selected candidates can view and download the call letters for Common Interview from 1st January 2013 for the post of Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees.

The Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees common interview will be conducted from 14th January 2013 and the results of shortlisted candidates from the common interview will be released in the month of February 2013.

The following are the lists, in order of merit of 248 candidates who have qualified on the basis of the results
of the Combined Defence Services Examination (I)‐2012 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission in
February, 2012 and SSB interviews held by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence for admission to

2. There are some common candidates in the three lists for various courses.
3. The number of vacancies, as intimated by the Government is 250 for Indian Military Academy [including 32
vacancies reserved for NCC ‘C’ Certificate (Army Wing) holders], 40 for Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala ‐ [2 for
Hydro/38 for Executive General Service including 06 vacancies reserved for NCC ‘C’ Certificate (Naval Wing)
holders] and 32 for Air Force Academy, Hyderabad.
4. The Commission had recommended 6074, 1601 and 630 as qualified in the written test for admission to the
Indian Military Academy/ Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy respectively. The number of candidates
finally qualified are those after SSB testing conducted by Army Head Quarters.
5. The results of Medical examination have not been taken into account in preparing these lists.
6. Verification of date of birth and educational qualifications of these candidates is still under process by the
Army Headquarters. The candidature of all these candidates is, therefore, Provisional on this score. Candidates are
requested to forward their certificates, in original, in support of Date of Birth/Educational qualification etc.,
certificates claimed by them, along with Photostat attested copies thereof to Army Headquarters/Naval
Headquarters/Air Headquarters, as per their first choice.
7. In case, there is any change of address, the candidates are advised to promptly intimate directly to the Army
Headquarters/Naval Headquarters/Air Headquarters.
8. These results will also be available on the UPSC website at http.//www.upsc.gov.in However, marks of the
candidates will be available on the website after completion of its complete process i.e. after declaration of final
result of Officers’ Training Academy (OTA) for Combined Defence Services Examination (I)‐2012.

VITEEE 2013 Application Form can also be purchased ‘in person’ from the VIT Vellore and Chennai Campus by submitting a DD of Rs.950/- drawn in favor of VIT University payable at Vellore.

The candidates can send a covering letter addressed to “Admissions Officer” VIT University, Vellore-632014 and DD of Rs. 950/- with their names, address and contact number on its backside requesting for the VITEEE 2013 Application Form. the form will be sent via post to such candidates.

How to Register For JEE Advanced – 2013?

Scores of JEE Main - 2013 will be declared by 7 May, 2013. To write JEE Advanced - 2013 all eligible candidates should register through online at http://jeeadv.iitd.ac.in from 8 May to 13 May, 2013. After JEE Advanced – 2013 online registration, candidates must pay the examination fee as applicable through Challan of all SBI branches having core banking solution (CBS) on or before 13 May, 2013.

JEE Advanced – 2013 examination fee

Examination fee for GE and OBC(NCL) male candidates is Rs.1800/-. The fee for SC, ST, PD male candidates is Rs. 900/-. There is no fee for female candidates of all categories. Registration is complete only after the payment.

After successful registration and payment of required fee through bank, the candidates can download their admit card for JEE Advanced - 2013 from 14 May to 31 May, 2013 from their Zonal IIT JEE (Advanced) - 2013 portal. Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has recently conducted Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) on 2nd December, 2013.

According to BSE sources, more than 1 Lakh candidates had appeared in OTET Examination and now after giving examination they might be looking for OTET Result 2012 on many websites.

BSE will announce the OTET Results 2012 on its official website very soon, i.e may be in last week of January, 2013.

OTET Results 2012 will stop the eager waiting of those candidates who are very excited for knowing their results and want to appoint as Teachers in Primary & Upper primary schools.

All the candidates are informed that OTET Qualifying certificate/ mark sheet will be valid for period of 7 yrs from the date of examination, so candidates can apply for teacher post up to 7 yrs from OTET score card.
