Eligibility Details:
1: PGT:
1: Education Qualification for PGT with all subjects except computer science:
To apply for  job code 2105 PGT  post applicants must have passed  Master degree with B.Ed degree from recognized university / institute / college.

2: Education qualification for PGT-Computer Science only
At least 50% marks in aggregate in any of the following:
B.E or B.Tech (Computer Science/ IT) from a recognized University or equivalent
Degree or Diploma from an institution/ university recognised by the Govt. of India.
or
B.E or B.Tech (any stream) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computers from
recognized University
or
M.Sc. (Computer Science)/ MCA or Equivalent from a recognized University
or
B.Sc. (Computer Science) / BCA or Equivalent and Post Graduate degree in subject
from a recognized University
or
Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and Post Graduate degree in any subject from
a recognized University
or
‘B’ Level from DOEACC and Post Graduate degree in any subject
or
‘C’ Level from ‘DOEACC’ Ministry of Information and Communication Technology and Graduation.

3. To apply for job code 2109 Librarian post applicants must have passed B.Lib/M.Lib degree with degree from recognized university / institute / college.

4. To apply for job code 2105 Coordinator post applicants must have passed 12th from recognized board / institute / college.

5 To apply for job code 2107 Clerk post applicants must have passed 12th with degree from recognized board / institute / college.

6. To apply for job code 2108 Peon post applicants must have passed 8th with degree from recognized board / institute / college. 

Age Limit as on 01-08-2013:
For TGT: 21-40 Years
For PGT: 21-35  Years
For All other vacancies: 18-36 Years

Relaxation in upper age limit will be as under:
(a) No age bar in the case of employees of  Delhi Board Of Senior Secondary Education
(b) Upto a maximum of 5 years in the case of SC/ ST candidates.
(c) Upto a maximum of 3 years in the case of OBC candidates.
(d) Upto 5 years for persons who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu and
Kashmir during 01.01.80 to 31.12.89.
(e) Upto a maximum of 5 years for Government Servants.
(f) Upto a maximum of 10 years in the case of SC/ST and 08 years in the case of OBC candidates serving as Govt. employees in accordance with the Govt. of India instructions. An applicant claiming age relaxation under this para should produce a certificate from his/her employer to the effect that he/ she is a Govt. servant as on the date of advertisement.
(g) Upto a maximum of 10 years in the case of Physically Challenged candidates.
(h) Upto a maximum of 10 years in the case of women candidates for teaching posts only.

Note 1:
Except for Physically Challenged candidates, all the concessions mentioned above will be concurrent, that is, if a person is eligible for more than one concession, only one of the concessions of the highest permissible limit, will be granted. For Physically Challenged, if a person belongs to SC/ST, he/she will be allowed 15 years, i.e., 10 years for Physically Challenged and 5 years for SC/ST.

General & OBC Applicants: Rs.300/-
SC/ST/PH Applicants : Rs.150/-

Recruitment of mentioned posts in Delhi Board Of Senior Secondary Education for which the Common Written Exam (CWE) is to be held on 19.01.2014. Your call letter, for Written Examination, giving the date, time and venue address would be available on website dssb-recruitment.org (Date 10.01.2014). No hard copy of the call letter will be sent by the Board by post.

Penalty for Wrong Answers:
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or
 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score.

If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

After the written examination the passed candidate will be attend in interview. Merit will be prepared on basis of 90 % weight of written examination and 10 % weight of interview.
Interview:
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the examination will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organization.

Interviews will be conducted at select centres. The centre, address of the venue, time & date of Interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates in the call letter. Candidates are required to download their interview call letters from authorized dssb-recruitment website www.dssb-recruitment.org.

Please note that any request regarding change in date, centre etc. of interview will not be entertained. However the conducting agencies reserve the right to change the date/ venue/ time/ centre etc. of interview or hold supplementary process for particular date / session / venue / centre / set of candidates at its discretion, under unforeseen circumstances, if any.

Please bring the following documents for appearing in the Written Test failing which you will not be allowed to appear for the Written Test:
(1)Call letter along with your photograph affixed on it.

(2)Photo Identity Proof such as PAN card/Passport/Driving License/Voter’s card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo Identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer or People’s Representative/ Identity Card issued by a recognized College/university/Adhar Card with a photograph/Employee ID in original as well as a photocopy.Please note that you have to be present at the examination hall 30 minutes prior to the time mentioned in the call letter. Candidates

who report late will not be permitted to take the examination.As communicated in the advertisement, Information Handout and call letter for Written Examination, please note that no candidate is permitted to use or have possession of Calculators, Mobile Phones, Pagers or any other communication devices in the Examination Hall.

To avoid cancellation of candidature and any other action as decided by Delhi Board Of Senior Secondary Education, candidates are advised in their own interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones/ pagers or any other communication devices to the venue of examination.
