The school education is the base for a student to make a well settled life .The Nagaland Board education is the most famous and reputed board for school study. On 15 November 1973 , this board established. This board started their functioning , 1October 1974 and in the year of 1975 board started their High School Certificate Examination .This have 6 centers and strength of students is approximate two thousand and eight. The HSLC courses were in semisterized form and bifurcated in the existence year of 1988.
In 1987 supplementary examination in the middle year conducted by the system after the main examination .In 1988 The NBSE conduct new syllabus for HSLC Examination that based on the national core curriculum. The main objectives of Nagaland Board of School Education are to prescribe courses of instruction for examination , To publish the result of external examination and many more.
NBSE HSLC Results 2013:-
The functions of this Board is like giving guidance to the State Government on the development of school education . The HSLC examinations are two year courses .Examination held at the end of the year. Exams pattern is very easy to solve. The result is very fair. In the month of April exams will be conducted and result declared in June.
