Supreme Court of India is going to be give the clarification on Medical Education courses Entrance Examination NEET on May 13, i.e., today. Hon'ble Justice Altamas Kabir, Justice Anil R.Davi, Justice Vikram Jeet Sen July will give issue Interim Orders today.

Minority Educational Institutions, Private Medical colleges and State Governments of Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu went to the Supreme Court against the NEET Entrance Exam. Medical education courses across the country, in the same entrance exam for admission violated the rights afforded to them by the Constitution said, who argued in court. At the time, the court heard arguments along which whilst still allowing it to manage all the entrance tests, the last in December issued an interim order. The results reveal that the next orders were expected today. Year from 1 July to 11 charting the Supreme Court because of the summer holidays in the ambiguity resolution to the court Friday, prosecutors requested that the petitioner's side. The court rejected the petitioner requests. The interim orders are not allowed to prepare the judgement said. But suddenly, on Monday passed a ruling on the matter before the court.
  • This is only an interim arrangement for this year and a final judgment will be delivered by the Supreme Court in the first week of July.
