The Kalyani University is one of the oldest universities of the West Bengal state. The university is a state government university of the west Bengal state. The university is situated in the Nadia district of the West Bengal state. The university was established in the year 1960 on 1st November. The university is spread in a large area of 400 acres in the West Bengal state.
